I have a torn upper bicep commonly called POPEYE because of the huge bulge it creates. This item is a perfect fit and I wear it a few times a day to help reduce the swelling and it works very well. A little tight but it worked

I was looking for relief after bicep surgery and it didn’t real help. I do love the quality of this brand thought, have purchased different braces from them before.

Does the job! I have 16” biceps and this is just tight enough to keep my muscles compressed. Helps with muscle pain/strain.

Bought these for my mom who has upper arm pain. I went with a medium but they were too tight soci reordered a large. They are still tight but not cutting off her circulation. They seem to be helping and hopefully will get better and better over time
