I had ordered this product in 75cm size but received the product.First of all,its not good in terms of quality & build in comparison to price.Secondly,they say its 75 cm in height but it measures 78ccm in actual and its too high as per my requirement and hence uncomfortable.I requested their so called customer care executives to exchange it for smaller one i.e. 65 cm as return option is not there but they said exchange policy is not available but on my request,they said they will initiate the return & asked me to call later.This went on for 3 days.On 3rd day I called them & their customer care executive was so rude.He said I should have been careful before ordering,should have checked size,policy & all.Now my question their own mentioned size doesnt match with the actual size?Shouldnt they be accountable for this? Has amazon made no mistakes with their orders?I myself have faced inconvenience number of times & have cooperated on their requests.In this case,I agree that I made a mistake of not checking their policy but they could have cooperated as the smaller size is available.A company’s policy shouldn't be so rigid that they won’t do anything if its possible.I was ready to pay even extra amount for the pick up & shipping and buy smaller one at the price of bigger one.Highly disappointed with their so called support service

The chair looks good, but the seating cushion quality is bad and even the fabric is very thin that the cushions inside is visible I feel like they have put a sponge inside instead of a proper cushion since when you sit down it sinks a lot overall it’s average maybe worth 1000 to 1500
