Refreshingly fun for all ages!
Cooperative gaming makes it fun for all, especially for players who are not emotionally mature enough to lose gracefully! No tears, no pouting, just fun when we get projects completed before the storm arrives, and we can all be sad when the storm arrives before we collect all of our materials.

Fantastic for a 4yo truck lover!
My 4year old/nearly 5, loves this game. He’s always been big into trucks and construction and he loves this game. We as a family always enjoy games though so my son is comfortable with board game play. I love the collaborative nature of it!

Don’t buy it
This is the most confusing board game I’ve ever tried to play. The instructions are extremely vague, leaving tons of unanswered questions. There’s so many pieces. Terrible game not fun at all.

Brilliant game that involves the whole family but feels non-competitive ! Genius! Thank you! We play weekly!

Cute Little Game for Young Children and Their Parents
This is not a toy your young child can play on his own. There are too many things to learn, rules to follow, taking turns, etc. This is a game you play with your young child. That said, it is not a hard game to learn. I read the directions and played a game with myself before writing this review. I plan to give the game to my youngest grandchild for Christmas. He'll turn four a few weeks after Christmas. This is a cooperative game, which is best for the young child. They are not ready for competition, and will not enjoy a game with winners and losers. In this game, you and your child are working together to complete a construction project before bad weather can come and ruin everything. There are two decks of cards, which you keep separate throughout the game. One deck has movement cards. The other deck has materials cards. There are little material tokens you place on the game board. There are six possible construction projects (so the game has some variation every time you play. Three of the projects are simpler, requiring only four materials to be gathered. The other three are harder, requiring more materials. You move around the board gathering material cards, then gathering those materials. Some cards make you move the storm token closer to the end. Some cards can move the storm token further back. The play is fairly quick. Your young child isn't going to be patient while he waits for you to take your turn, so that's a good thing. In my first game, I and myself were able to return to the contruction site with all the necessary materials before the big storm came. So, we "won."I really hope Hunter enjoys this game. He will learn how to play board games, how to take turns, how to come up with a plan and put it into action, how to enjoy losing. Face it - every time you play a game, you have a chance to lose. Your child might as well learn soon that playing the game is the fun part, not winning. The game has several sheets of sturdy cardboard with game pieces that will "punch out". Don't throw away the scrap cardboard! I plan to keep it. Then when my child puts his game away, he can push the punch outs back into that cardboard frame, and he'll know at once if he's missing a piece and can look for it before the vacuum eats it up. Hope it works! This is a very cute little game. It seems a bit expensive, considering the playing pieces are just sturdy cardboard. But I know that part of the cost of a game is paying the inventor. It's been a long time since someone came up with a new game for this age group. Most of the games available today were around when I was a child, over sixty years ago. It's great to see something new!

A Little Confusing for 4-Year Olds
Great idea but it was a little confusing for 4 year olds. We had to simplify it.
