So far, so good. I didn't have any pain, so I can't comment on that, but I bought it because I was the recipient of an insect bite, and this is said to be good for that. The capsules have no discernible odor or taste, are easy to swallow and seem to be working, since I have shown none of the usual effects typical of such a bite. Overall, I feel good after taking them. Large bottle and a good value.

This stuff is actually really great. I’ve been taking it for years and I pretty much never get sick. I know it has really powerful antiviral qualities and it’s cheap to produce. The supplement is definitely where it’s at. I think you’d have to eat a whole jar of coconut oil in order to get just a handful of what this supplement contains. I take it if I’ve been around somebody I don’t know very well or a public place where I feel like I might’ve gotten sick. Just use your intuition and take it as needed.

I started taking this, along with Lysine and other supplements, to support healing from reactivated EBV. After about 7 months, I was able to reduce the daily dose because I had improved. I know that sounds like a long time, but putting EBV back into dormancy can take many months, or even years, depending on the person. So this supplement has played a major role in that, along with mitochondria support and meditation.

However....The product might affect each person differently. The reason I gave it a four star only is that the product (unfortunately for me) leads to constipation.

I bought for better dental and gut care for my little fur babies and it’s outstanding, a must have! We have a rescue dog and her breath was so harsh, just after one day of using this we could smell the difference, and it helped with her bowel movements.

Together with L-lysine, these are my go-to supplements when under the weather. Monolaurin is fermented coconut, so a natural supplement that is antiviral/antimicrobial.
