Liam Neeson is back again for his third reprisal as Brian Mills, a Top Security/Covert Specialist. I have seen all three films now, and they have all been fantastic viewing. Liam Neeson is another one of my favourite actors and he again plays the role truly exceptionally and never does disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed this last outing for Mr Leeson. Again I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a really good action/suspense thriller. AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!

THIS IS THE BEST FILM IN THE TRILOGY SO FAR! THE ACTION IS BRILLIANT AND THE ACTING IS JUST AS GOOD. THIS FILM BEGINS WITH BRYAN FINDING OUT HIS EX WIFE IS LEAVING HER HUSBAND. HER AND BRYAN HAVE 'RECONNECTED' AND DECIDE TO MAYBE TRY AGAIN. HE RECEIVES A MESSAGE FROM HIS WIFE ASKING TO MEET FOR BREAKFAST. HE GOES OUT TO GET BREAKFAST AND WHEN HE RETURNS, HIS EX WIFE HAS BEEN KILLED IN HIS APARTMENT. SO BEGINS A TENSE, EXPLOSIVE THRILLER. BRYAN GOES ON THE RUN, SET UP FOR HER MURDER AND TEAMS UP WITH HIS FRIENDS TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHO DID MURDER HIS WIFE AND WHY. THE TWIST IS GREAT AND ADDING A EXCELLENT SUPPORTING CAST, INCLUDING FORREST WITTAKER, I REALLY ENJOYED IT!

Having watched the film twice,i have come to this conclusion. . . It is not as good as the first 2 and it does take a while to get going.I thought it was just me, but even on the second viewing. . .i found it a bit hard to keep track of the story, it tends to jump around a bit. People have pointed out that in this film,there isn't anyone taken, but the idea is that "Mills" ex wife's life is taken and someone has put him in the frame. . .Mills then goes all out to try and find out who the real killer is. It's fast paced in places, and slow in others and i would say if you liked the first 2,this one is worth a watch. . .when the actions there, it's really full on. Just how often you will want to watch it though. . .well that is debatable.I don't think i will be watching it that often. Blu ray picture and sound quality is very nice indeed and it comes with a free code for a digital copy to play on your pc,tablet and so on. so, to sum up. . . Not the best, but worth a watch.

Again a different slant on this Taken series of DVDs, Liam Neeson at his very best with again a very good support group of actors. This DVD is all action and with a plausible story, great edge of your seat action.

A reboot of the film that Neeson originally said he wouldn't do. It takes a while to get going and just seemed to lumber along. There is lots of action and plenty of car chase scenes but it doesn't seem to gell. There is little reference to the events of the first two films "did you hear they had some bother in Paris and Istanbul a couple of years ago?" is about as good as it got. The DVD has two options , a Theatre length film and an extended one. The hand held shaky camera work spoil it for me as the editing on the wobbly shots was to fast and I lost interest trying to keep up as cars crashed and were rammed off the road. One scene where his car gets pushed off a cliff by the bad guys was so far fetched that they had to add another scene in later to explain it. The film lacked tension and flow of the story. Save your money and watch the film on satellite TV

I wasn't disappointed with the other two films and this one I watched twice in the same week. Although we are big on watching films there are not many I would watch twice that close together. Liam Neeson is looking older in this film, so it seemed a little stretched to see him being quite so athletic, but the story line keeps you watching. Nice to see that the same faces returned to the screen, but a bit of a shock that his ex-wife was killed off. Potential for a Taken 4.

Il film è un vero e proprio capolavoro, saga stupenda dal 1 al 3° capitolo. Ricco di tanta azione, colpi di scena, molti combattimenti, inseguimenti, sparatorie c’è di tutto. Di sicuro non vi annoierà mai, lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti del genere Azione merita assolutamente. Anche la Steelbook non è male, all'esterno 2 stupende immagini con Liam Neeson. Dentro a mio parere è abbastanza deludente, solo un normalissimo sfondo rosso con 4 colpi sparati che non dice nulla. Almeno potevano metterci una bella scena importante, come si fa in moltissime di queste edizioni invece di rovinarla in questo modo. Lo stesso rimane un pezzo da collezione da avere assolutamente.
