I didn't really have a lot of issues before I started taking Turmeric, but a friend had raved about it and I thought it couldn't hurt. Something that has been used in India for so long must be good, right? The first thing that I noticed was my ability to squat and stand up without needing to steady myself. I had a better sense of balance and less stiffness. I am in my 60's and a bit overweight so feeling a bit more stable was a big deal. I ran out a month ago and didn't reorder, now I am regretting that oversight. I noticed my back is a bit stiffer and I'm feeling less energetic. Maybe thats because its winter, but I want to feel like I did while taking the Turmeric. This is a great product with the best price. Try it!!

Good item for the price.

I have been taking Turmeric for about 4 years as an anti inflammatory. NasaPure has very high quality products and very good value.

Gel caps are easier to swallow and don't smell like turmeric! But relief of arthritic pain in middle and third fingers right hand was provided. A lot easier for a right-handed bowler!

I did not like that the product is not in a capsule. Capsules are easier to swallow and, besides, turmeric is a product that can stain first the fingers and then places the fingers go. The price was very competitive. Can't be sure about the efficacy of any of these types of products. So it is very difficult to compare. There is nothing really negative about these and if the price is the deciding issue then go for this brand.

My husband has arthritis in his back and some old injuries in his shoulders. This, used along with Boswellia, has been a real godsend as far as pain relief goes. It's safer than ibuprofen and is very effective. I also have bad back problems and the pain wakes me up. I find that this product ( Turmeric Curcumin must be 500 mg or higher) is very effective for pain relief. My husband was astounded by the results after years of pain. His joint mobility has improved and his pain is much reduced. We're in our early 70s.

There are a lot of products from other countries and you can’t guarantee safety. I appreciate that this is USDA organic and has black pepper combined for full benefit. If you search around you will see those same qualities for double the price. This is quality and value.
