Oregano oil has been very helpful in avoiding colds I do putit in olive oil and get the benefits of that as well. I do recommend you give it a try.

This natural oil is definitely not a hit on taste but boy does it deliver on my health like help reducing joint inflammation and I have lost some weight. The key, take it regularly with olive oil. It lasts a while. This is my second bottle.

Health is wealth- very good product

Initially we ordered this because we were looking for natural remedies for my son’s toes. He has psoriasis and gets extremely dry skin between his toes. We saw a little concoction to help it and it included oregano oil. Gave it a go and didn’t work quite as well as we hoped. We also tried to help with some throat pain I was having not too long ago and it shard to say whether or not it helped because I was trying other things at the same time. We diluted it and I did the old gargle method. Let me tell you - the taste is NOT good, like makes me shiver not good. But I mean it’s oregano. Apparently it’s good for reducing belly fat which I could get on board with, so maybe I could give another go with that in mind. Will have to do some research on how to do it, because the taste is so strong and overpowering to add to any drink I feel like.

100% 5 star product. I thank God for this product and I recommend this to everyone. For cholesterol levels:I confirm it again and again with blood works that it has proven to lower cholesterol levels. Immune system: I don’t catch colds as often as before and when I do, not as severe as before. I mixed it with Olive oil which creates a great synergy.

I really love Oregano oil, I wanted to let anyone know out there about placing the drops of oil in vegan pill capsules that you can buy online. I know the smell and taste is very strong. I actually by the empty vegan capsules to use for various herbs etc. So anyone that hates the taste, please try to place the drops in a vegan capsule to swallow. On another note, this is a great product and very authentic. I use it for all sorts of health support.

Bottle reveals it is mixed with coconut oil, I didn't know that going in so for 2-3 days, I kept using it and noticed my eyes burned and the insides of my cheeks and lips would swell. It took me a few days to realize it was this product affecting me once I looked intently at the bottle I read it has this allergen for me. I was disappointed because it boasts 100% oregano oil, but if it has an additive oil, it is diluted and in this case diluted with something that could have killed me. I am fortunate that I take allergy pills every day & an inhaler which averted an attack on my respiratory system. The fragrance & potency of oregano is present and tasty, if you like oregano. I did buy it to boost immunity and I believed it did its job. It's just the coconut oil for me that I had to say no thank you to this product. It was a waste of my money, especially because it says dilute with your favorite oil but the manufacturer already did it! If you are able to consume this safely, the bottle should last a while because 5 drops a day is fairly potent, so the bottle size use for the buck is probably about right. I wish I could have said I loved it but I love my life more.
