MCAT Complete 7-Book Subject Review 2025-2026

I bought these for my son, and it's the only resource he used/bought to prepare for his MCAT exam. He ended up scoring very well. So glad that I bought these MCAT prep books for him. Note: he studied very hard for about 2.5 months this past summer (while working full time). He was very dedicated, studying during evening hours and weekends. I believe he took 3 or 4 full full practice exams in preparation. From my perspective, this takes a lot of discipline, focus, and dedication. (I don't think most people could bear taking 1 full practice exam.) When I asked him what helped prepare him the most, he said the full scale practice exams. He also approached the SAT exam in the same way -- practiced via old exams. Btw, he took the SAT one time, and he took the MCAT one time. Good luck to all of you prepping for the MCAT with the goal of pursuing a very honorable profession.

If you need to review on old content from prior classes, this is a must.

These books were ordered for my daughter. She started reviewing and liked the content.

I wouldn’t wish anyone the pain of the MCAT but the books helped out on my score. Praying for anyone studying for the MCAT. It’s just one of many exams to come, so good luck!

Was worth the money

As someone who has been studying for the MCAT for about 5 months now, I find the content in the 7 books to be extremely helpful. Whenever I come upon a topic or concept I don't fully understand or recognize, 99% of the time I can find it in one of the books. However, I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the solutions to the online practice exam questions can be very dense and difficult to follow. Being able to understand why you got certain things wrong (specifically when simulating test conditions) is so important to study and prepare for the MCAT successfully, so I feel like a lack of detailed explanations is a fairly large con with this bundle. To navigate around this, I suggest purchasing access to U-World's 3000+ question bank, as their questions contain extremely thorough explanations, AND their content pairs well with these Kaplan books. This method gives you an edge to excel in both practice exam questions (U-World Q bank) and content review (Kaplan books).

I used these textbooks to take the MCAT and it was just like what the textbooks say and warn you about. I definitely recommend these along with watching YouTube videos to help understand the concepts.

Good resource, bread & butter & side panels have lots of good tips + comes with free online resources

Arrived promptly and in mint condition. The books are helpful for studying, although compared to the Princeton Review box set, which I also bought, the contents are less detailed.
