I had high hopes for Glowtrition Beauty Sleep Gummies, but this product is a complete disaster. Despite the claim of 5mg of melatonin and a mix of ingredients like chamomile, aloe vera, and fruit powders, it absolutely failed to deliver on any promise of deeper, higher-quality sleep. Instead, it caused anxiety as it kicked in and left me tossing and turning all night. Not only did it fail to keep me asleep, but my overall sleep quality was worse than if I’d taken nothing at all. I gave it multiple tries, and each night was a bad sleep experience. I’m not sure if this product reacts poorly for people with ADHD or if the formula is just off, but it’s not doing what it’s supposed to. Sure, the flavor is decent, but who cares about taste if it ruins your sleep? This product is a waste of money and should be avoided. Absolutely not recommended.

This product does help me sleep. I have a slow metabolism though so for those with hypothyroid take it a bit before you want to go to bed to help you fall asleep when you expect to and wake up not sleepy.

I’ve tried just using melatonin and for some reason these work wonders for my sleep, they taste good, they do stick together in the container quite a bit but I don’t mind that. Wish they weren’t so expensive! That’s the only downside

Use this every night! My skin looks better after just a few weeks of usage and im sleeping better than before

The gummies are firm and have a light flavor. The flavor is hard to decribe, but I got a hint of grape, pomegranate, cherry, and sugar. The taste is so light that flavor doesn't linger in your mouth. I did not notice improvement in sleep however, but they taste good enough that I'll continue taking them for the restless nights I may have.
