My doctor said I was low in vitamin D3. I took over highest dose I could find the counter from drug store. Lab work didn't change. Got this 50K IU and it did the trick. Labs went up and I feel much better.

Purchased without realizing it was a weekly vitamin. Unsure how it can be evenly absorbed over a week. Gave immediate energy when I first tried but later headache. Husbands was fine and still enjoys. Says lots of energy. Do like the coconut encasing and get a ton for the $.

Literally the best thing I’ve purchased off Amazon, I’m four days in I take one a day along with calcium and I haven’t felt this good in ages, test is through the roof sleep is deep and organs feel stronger, don’t worry about other review about capsules sticking together they must’ve fixed it or something mine are good mine definitely don’t
