Very good - Great value
Incredible tbh. Nothing beats these when it comes to budget friendly monitors. Check for yourself on YouTube reviews; these are great.

Amazing bass, "ooof"
I looked them up to see if they had Bluetooth but I think no. Still amazing speakers, I'm using them for my laptop and while learning to mix.

The selection of connection options meant I was able to quickly connect this speaker system to my TV with no issues at all. Our use case is to improve the sound of a 32" TV in a caravan. There's no room for a soundbar/woofer combination. Plus stereo separation is important. Volume was set to 50% on the speakers and fine volume control was made using the TV remote. I was very quickly blown away by the depth of sound on first test using a radio channel on the TV. The dials to control bass and treble are most useful when watching high dynamic range movies where you might be conscious of explosions bothering your neighbours. Or just want to eq a piece of music a little more to your taste. Overall the sound is extremely clean, punchy, crisp, but not too heavy on the bass or treble (unless you adjust this with the EQ of course). The cone of sound is quite narrow and the speakers benefit from some toe-in when you wish to listen more intently. Regular placing is fine for movie viewing in my experience. There is sufficient cable to expand the sound stage or to accommodate much larger TVs. I would have no hesitation in using these speakers in my primary music listening setup via an amp and would also be very happy with these connected to a pc for gaming. The speakers are particularly attractive and have no garish led lights to distract you. The blue power lead is quite subtle. The only slight negative is the power button which is placed at the bottom of the speaker and operating this one-handed will result in pushing the speaker around the surface it is stood on. The supplied rubber feet provide good isolation from the standing surface, but not sufficient anti slip for on handed power operations. Not a big deal at all and certainly nothing that would put me off buying a second set. Easy to setup and adjust to your liking, attractive design, multiple connection options, great tone and ample volume range for most household situations.

Have been eyeing these up for a while and finally glad I bought. Mainly for TV use and although I have to connect via headphone socket (no BT) the sound is amazing. With speakers set to 75% and tv at about 40%, the whole experience is brilliant, on a 4K fire stick and a PS4. Full volume is loud but very clear, gives some bass thumps when playing FPS games. Connection on them are analogue (balance and unbalanced 3.5mm) but should have went for BT version. I bought a BT add on module (from a well known auction site supplied from a country very far away) and while it worked fine, the BT module added latency that the fire stick couldn't compensate for. So I went back to analogue connection as that was working ok, just added a few extra cables to dangle around! Well worth the money. Very happy with the purchase.

The speakers are terrible, they play really good sound and have incredible lows, easily connectable aswell. Disappointed with the product

Like many speakers and headphones, these speakers don't sound that good straight out of the box. So before you send them back to Amazon, play them in. When I was a member of Amazon Vine, I used to play-in headphones and earbuds for several hours before reviewing them. The speakers are active, but only the left speaker has the amplifier with a wired feed to the passive speaker on the right. They come with a 3.5mm TRS jack connected to right and left RCA plugs, 3.5mm TRS to 3.5mm TRS jacks, and bare-end twin cable to connect the right-hand speaker. The left-hand speaker front panel has an on/off switch, volume control, auxiliary input 3.5mm socket, and headphones 3.5mm output. At the rear and the connections, and small pots to adjust high and low audio response. As the speakers are near-field, they are intended to be heard within about a metre, so they are ideal for placing on a computer desk provided that for music, the tweeters are on the same level as your ears. I frequently use the speakers for Zoom and Teams online so I lay the speakers on their sides below the monitor. I put them upright in front of the monitor to listen to music. Whilst they sound reasonable with a connection to my Windows computers, it's improved by placing a pre-amp between the computer and the left speaker: in this case, a Fosi K5 pro.

These are the best compact monitors Ive ever bought. Yes ... EVER. And I've had more than a few sets over the years. I cannot praise these highly enough. I slowly got rid of old, cumbersome recording equipment over the last few years, none of it worth a anything because its all outdated old skool stuff. So I started again, set myself a reasonable budget to get my brand new home studio up and running and did some research. I actually came in at half my budget after doing lots of homework. My requirements changed due to new tech available. I did not expect these speakers to punch massively above their size and price point. Dont let the 3.5" woofer size put you off. I'm a drummer and love that punchy low end and in my set up there is nothing lacking and they have a really neutral overall soundscape which helps enormously when mixing. They are of course self powered and have acoustic tuning feature which would be tone controls to a non audiophile. They are a bit more than that as you can trim the sound depending on where you position them. Mine are on a shelf, about 1.5m apart. Incidentally, I have placed them in various positions but I have not needed to tweak anything so I have them set to the "flat" position. Nice feature. I have to mention, I was nearly put off because of one youtube video which had the title "why you should not buy these speakers". Ignore it. Guy completely misses the point and tries to make a nonsense appraisal. Yes, if you are looking to fill a huge room or full size studio then yes they will lack the power to fill that room. I am banished to the smallest spare bedroom in the house and the room is just 10ft by 8ft so I bought accordingly. Its a compact-ish home studio and the set up is my laptop with 24" stand alone monitor, Behringer 8 input/output DAC, I use Reaper as my DAW and now have these PreSonus Gen2 monitors which I use for playback, mixing and mastering. I dont use them when actually recording as I use IEMs for that and also Sennheiser HD280Pros. When recording drums, the live signal can be a bit too much as a raw signal through the monitors. Use these within their limits and they are fantastic. Unbeatable value for money and I've spent a lot more on monitors in the past with higher output that didn't perform half as well. I dont know why I didn't buy them sooner. Try and hold an outside disco for a street party with them and you're wasting your time. You know what I mean, use common sense. These genuinely are brilliant.
