The actual thurible itself is beautiful, but the tongs that were sent were not what was advertised. At all. The image shown, both on Amazon and the box that it came in, is gold colored metal that is embossed with a type of decorative scroll work. The tool I received with the thurible is a very basic, plain item with a completely different shape and style. In and of itself, it's not a big deal. It's functional. When I purchase an item based on a photograph on Amazon, I expect to get what I paid for. Small changes and little details matter, especially when it is the first time I purchased anything from this manufacturer. 4 stars for being sloppy. It could have and should have been 5.

Excellent quality

The burner is a very good looking piece, but, it broke in shipment. This was not due to the service, but seems to be a lack of adequate packing material. However, the breaks were clean and I was able to repair with ceramic glue. Not something I want to do with new items!

EXCELLENT PRODUIT

I burn a lot of frankincense every day resin so this is very useful. It is easy to empty and keep clean every other day i give it a good scrubbing. But it disseminates the smoke well as it burns at a high eat very quickly. Probably not a good idea if you have very sensitive smoke alarms in a small house so you have to make sure the pieces you put on the charcoal are about the size of a pea. But it’s not bad looking has enough weight to ground itself and it burns well. I’d recommend it.
