I have started taking these as I have noticed skin texture change and some small lines in forehead appear. I have been taking 2 per day as recommended for about a week. No miracles have occurred, but I didn't expect this to be the case, however I do feel like my skin feels more plumped and I'm sure it will just take a while like anything really. Having tried many collagen products, and using this one now for over 3 months, I have noticed both my hair and skin have both changed dramatically. The size of the capsule itself is quite big but that doesn't make it difficult to swallow with a glass of water. The ingrediants and nice and simple to read. No additives or anything you have to look up If you have done your research you will see that this is Marine - Hydrolysed Type 1 collagen which some are not. Type 1 - The most abundant in the human body (found in skin, tendons, bones and ligaments) Hydrolysed - Broken down in smaller peptides making easier for your body to absorb Marine - Key note, NOT Bovine - less risk of contaminents. Always look our for Marine You have to give it at least 8-12 weeks as that's how long it takes collagen to form. For the price, the number of capsules and the packaging (being dark helps to preserve the supplement). only one thing to note on a downside - once I find a supplement that ticks all the boxes it's so much easier to re-order without having to trial and error or research again - so I hope they continue to make this and I can keep it on my repeat list. I wish someone had told me that not all Collagen is the same !! Took me a lot of purchases to find the right one.
