Great product
Great product super sharp. The cleaning portion is not as good as the one that the company has on QVC with the self cleaning button!

vegetable slicer dicer
I dehydrate food and that requires food prep. This machine can quickly slice and dice. Included is a spring loaded box to keep your hand away from the blade. Highly recommended by the vendor and I can personally verify such. Rather than holding something like a carrot and passing it over the blade, I cut the carrot into 3 or 4 pieces and place those in the box, no sliced fingers. All of the results are nearly identical in thickness which is much faster and better then with a knife. Not all of the kits like this offer the box, so I recommend you get this one.
