I like this supplement. With consistent use I feel the difference. The capsule are easy to swallow.

been taking this product for a week now so far i noticed my bowels are more regular which is good i have a boost of energy so it helped cut down my need of coffee BUT the energy doesn't last long so eventually im fighting to stay awake at some point .... i can say it has helped with my anxiety and has made me feel a bit more calm though .... i take two a day per the directions they aren't hard to swallow at all
