Replaced an existing double bowl stainless steel sink that was really difficult to use because the double bowl design won't allow for big pans or cookie sheets to be placed in the sink for cleaning. This came packaged very, very well. 1 The cardboard box was heavy duty. 2 Next there was 1/4" plywood around all 4 sides. 3 Followed by a 2" thick piece of styrofoam. 4 Sink wrapped in a breathable felt bag. There were no scratches, dings or defects in the sink I received. Included were the necessary clips for mounting and the drain strainer. (I didn't use the included strainer as I was installing a disposal which requires it's own strainer). Also included were a drying rack, colander, and cutting board. All of which rest nicely in the integrated lip located along the back and front of the sink. The sink metal is of high quality thick 16 gauge Stainless Steel and the construction at the seams was perfect with no noticeable welding joints. For all the negative reviews about scratching, PLEASE READ THIS. This sink is non ferrous stainless steel (metal). That means it WILL scratch. The beauty of stainless though, is over time as small scratches are introduced onto the surface it creates a "patina" of sorts; and scratching becomes less noticeable over time, as many micro scratches creates a dull "satin" finish on the surface. This is normal. If you don't like this type of finish then you should consider a different type of sink made from a different material. Stainless Steel however, with proper cleaning and use (not abuse) will turn into a timeless classic look.

It has been several months we've been using this sink. We thought this is a bit pricy but we Love this Sink so much! It's Beautiful and Functional and Roomy and durable

What a beautiful sink! I’ve had two contractors ask me how much I paid for it thinking it was well over $1000! I absolutely love all of the additions - I keep the colander and the drying rack on it constantly. Make sure your countertop installers know about the additional pieces though when they come to measure/template because they’ll need to make sure the back edge doesn’t overlap too far. My only gripe with this sink is that I specifically looked for one that rated well for draining but I’m finding it does not have a great enough slope to move debris toward the drain. If you have the grate at the bottom it gets really dirty and awkward to clean.

Love our new sink, it replaced a white one which developed a crack and this one looks so much better. It functions well, drains much easier than our old single sink and we love the accessories. The only downside was that the apron is only 9" tall, whereas the sink is 10", so I'll need to fit a piece of matching wood underneath...although to be honest it's not visible. Going to get another Sarlai sink for the laundry.

The good: This is an absolutely beautiful sink, and it’s HUGE! The contractor said that it was sturdier and much easier to install than similar ones that he has seen, and he guessed that it cost “at least $900.” It came extremely well packaged, so I can’t imagine that it would ever be possible for one to be damaged during shipping. I love that I can rest a dish drying rack on the ledge so that my dishes drain directly into the sink. The bad: This sink drains VERY poorly. The slope to the drain is minimal, and food gets stuck everywhere. The holes in the strainer basket are small and get clogged constantly... I have to empty it at least two or three times every time I do dishes. I have bought several other types of strainer baskets but they sit too high and the food just builds up around them. The sink also scratches very easily, so you HAVE to keep the metal grate on the bottom. That means you have to take the grate out to wash out the food from the bottom of the sink... just spraying it doesn’t do the trick (the draining is that poor). I would recommend this sink to someone with a garbage disposal that would help suck the food particles down the drain. As pretty as it is, I would not recommend this to someone with a septic system who absolutely needs to use the strainer basket.

Just got this. 1. It's so pretty 2. It's so big 3. Love all the accessories. Now I got to be honest, it may be my cabinet or my floor, not sure, but it doesn't drain so well. Food and stuff gets stuck in the corners, and I hand to take the spray and get those suckers to move, else they just stay in the corners. But... Did I mention PRetTy!!
