Initially I was happy with these bathroom accessories. I bought them a few months ago and paid a good amount of money for them, but now the pump on the soap dispenser has broken and I can't get a replacement piece. I contacted Amazon customer service, agent name was Fharukh, to ask how I can get a replacement piece sent to me and he advised that there's nothing he can do for me, so now I have a soap dispenser that's only a few months old that I can no longer use, so I am very disappointed in the item and in Amazon customer service. Absolutely useless and no help whatsoever!!!

I bought grey but the actual color is brownish on a beige backround. Photos and description were misleading. Quality seems fine just not what I thought I was ordering.

Overall I am happy with this purchase and would probably buy again. I love the designs and it will be a great addition to my bathroom. The quality is good, and does not necessarily feel cheap, however I was not aware that the soap pump was plastic when I bought it, the pump looks “cheap” close up. It would be much better if the pump was upgraded, but I guess I should have read the product description more carefully. I would recommend the purchase.

The first set I ordered was a little messy with the design, but the seller was very responsive and sent another set that was exactly as I imagined. It works well with the colors of my bathroom and makes me smile every time I use my set.

Beautiful set, unfortunately the soap dispenser broke after just a couple months. EDIT: Upon the posting of our original review, the company reached out and offered us a replacement or full refund. We really appreciated their positive customer service and we wanted to note it for future buyers!
