Some of the other reviews state the chamois is not as big as advertised. Mine measures an irregular 36" x 20" dry. It is a wavy rectangle. The size makes it much easier to dry my car and windows. I do expect it will shrink a bit after use just as my old one does.

These chamois work well when we wash our cars. Made to last too.

This chammy absorbs water very well as intended. The shape is a weird wavy-sided weird triangle. not sure if its a bug or a feature that i dont understand

Some prefer Microfiber towels, but its important to be sure your towel or chamois is free of any dry dirt or worse any small rocks, etc. Keeping the chamois slightly moist reduces the likelihood of scratching the surface you are drying. Frequent rinsing or swapping out to a clean chamois or towel is also needed to minimize scratching. I find using dry microfiber towels when drying only works if you have an extremely clean vehicle free of dirt/residue and are just carefully removing some of the clean water to avoid spotting from water impurities leaving residue when water dries. If there is a slight amount of dirt remaining on surface you are drying I have had better luck not scratching paint using a slightly damp chamois frequently rinsed vs microfiber towels.

I was drying my car after a wash with microfiber cloths. They didn't do a good job, ever. But the chamois dries a car nicely without anything scratchy. For anyone with a nice car, this is recommended. The size of the chamois is good, I don't consider it to be small.

Slightly smaller than advertised, but more importantly the material is extremely thin. You need to wring it out often as it holds very little water. The material is so thin and lightweight that it constantly balls up when trying to dry the vehicle. Considering the cost (this was very inexpensive), that should have been the first clue that the quality was not going to be the greatest.

I have used a chamois for decades to dry my classic cars. Larger size than this becomes more of a problem than a solution. People that complain about it drying out or getting stiff apparently have never used one before. That’s what they all do. They will wear out after numerous uses but have never found any other thing that doesn’t leave streaks. Good price for this size & quality.

Very disappointed I would not recommend This Chamois cloth is super light and maybe 1/2 the thickness of other Chamois I have ordered i the past. I'm in the car detailing business at a car dealership. so I am knowledgeable in detailing matters. I would not recommend this to any professional or even any homeowner. Its sub par quality because of the thickness
