I’ve used a knee patch prior to finding these ones. However, when I decided to buy them again they were no longer available. I chose these patches hoping they would work for my severe arthritic pain. Long story short…these work much better than the ones I purchased before! And the price is phenomenal! Seriously, everything happens for a reason 😊 and I’m the winner this time! lol

When I purchased these previous reviews had said they worked good. But unfortunately for me they didn't work well at all. I didn't feel a difference and they kinda burned tbh 😔 I don't think I would purchase them again (I hate leaving bad reviews but this is my experience with these)

I was impressed with these knee patches . I hyperextended one of my knees and they're really helpful with the pain surrounding this injury. I would actually use two at a time because I had pain in the side of my knee also so I would use one on the front and then wrap another one around the side and it was very helpful for the hyperextension injury. When feeling pain ,I would put them on in the a.m. upon waking up and then I would change it out right before it went to bed basically it would give me 24-hour pain relief that way. I would definitely order these again a natural way of taking care of your knee pain without overdoing it with OTC or prescribed painkillers. I had no problem with them staying stuck on until I took them off. Make sure you're putting them on clean dry skin for the best adhesion. They do have an odor but it is not bad.

These are a great product. Wasn't sure if they would really work but they definitely did the job for me. Also used them on my neck as well and they worked brilliantly.
