I have 2 large fryers at my restaurant and these tools do the job well. One of the tools we did bend it to fit better and it works great! I can tell you these will make the job of cleaning the fryers much easier.

These were bought to clean the baskets that fries are made in (a big fryer at a snack bar). We clean these baskets at the end of any day that they are used, so there is no added up grease day to day. These brushes barely lasted one time. The bristles spread apart because they aren’t strong at all. Unfortunately we had to throw them out after one use.
