I have been taking these vitamins/pills for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that they do give you energy. It takes about 3 weeks maybe a little less. For them to start working and you can eat any food for 30 minutes after taking them. I will never stop taking them. I have some health issues that give me extreme fatigue. So anytime I see something that helps with energy I check it out. I had run out and didn’t know it. I had to wait a week to get them. Oh boy that was a terrible week I couldn’t get out of bed. I didn’t want to do anything. I just counted down the days until I knew they were arriving. I can honestly tell you that I will never be without these in my life. I also take NAD with them. They are made by the same company. I highly recommend these supplements if you need more energy. You won’t regret it I promise.

I've bought this supplement stack many, many times before, taking breaks only due to my relative lack of discretionary income. So long as the price holds at about this level, I think this time I'm sticking with for good. I've been struggling with extremely low energy (mental and physical) for some time, something that's resulted in every conceivable blood test and procedures ranging from and EEG to an MRI. Yes, something IS wrong according to the experts -- precisely what is wrong, and exactly how to fix it, has led on a campaign about as productive as trying chasing leprechauns over rainbows in search of a pot of gold. LEF Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer has helped abate the symptoms, to the point, raise my overall energy level and abate the pain somewhat. And this is far in excess of what anything prescribed has accomplished. Mind you, this doesn't happen overnight. However, given 10 days to two weeks, I feel improved. Flip side, it takes five days off before I feel ... unimproved. I've reviewed at least one other LEF supplement, and I'll make the same assertion in support of this product. Check out the ingredients, then try to find out how much it would cost to purchase them individually. I must say that I'm a little bummed out that they eliminated Acetyl Carnitine. However, the stack holds up nonetheless. Few -- very few -- composite stacks available here or elsewhere hold up to their promise. To the point, most provide one "all star" ingredient, then add inferior forms of other nutraceuticals included to support it (i.e. non-methylated/ non-biologically active forms of B vitamins) or include them in amounts far below the therapeutic doses. LEF is a great company, and I'd encourage anyone interested to check out their online magazine. I should note I'm not affiliated, nor am I receiving anything in return for this review. Rather, I try to do some homework prior to buying any supplement. And having kept up with their publication for some time, I'm more than sufficiently convinced they are very much on the level (to say the least).

To me, this worked exactly as advertised! A couple of things to note: 1. If you have a sensitive stomach, be careful taking all 4 pills at once on an empty stomach—I got nauseated. 2. Even in a very cool environment, it went bad before I finished it at a regular pace (4 pills a day). After that, I stored it in the refrigerator, and it stayed fine until the end.

These work very well. I definitely had more energy! But I won't be purchasing anymore because they went way up in price!

Seems to work well as a supplement

Excellent supplement! This is a huge help with tendon health and energy. I'm a 60 year old runner and need all the help I can get. I have tried 2 different supplements and this is by far my favorite. It is a little more costly... but worth it for the way I feel.

Made no difference to me! Waste of money

Ever since I began using this product, I've observed a noticeable change in my energy levels. I consume four of these capsules every morning before having any food. Initially, I experienced a slight feeling of nausea, so I adjusted my intake by taking two capsules and then another two after an hour, which worked well for me. I intend to keep using this product, although it is a bit pricey.
