I love this mat so much. I have been on a 10 year journey to healing my chronic health issues - I've been diagnosed with three different auto-immune issues and have struggled with inflammation and fatigue. I cleaned up my diet (organic, grass fed, no grains or cow dairy) my air (I use Austin Airmate and turn off all wi-fi, all my internet is hardwired and I limit cell phone use) my water (Big Berkey -- Brita etc. was not enough for me) and after all that I was feeling so much better. But if I was exposed to any toxins (in food, water, air, toxic emotions, stress, etc.) then I would still get flare ups of my old symptoms. A huge turning point for me was when I started doing Nutritional IVs (minerals, NAD, vitamin C, glutathione etc.) which built up my system and I believe prepared me to be able to detox. Also I opened up my detox pathways using the advice from Dr. Ben Lynch. That was a huge piece. Then I started detoxing! Castor oil packs, ozone therapy, and hyperbaric chambers have worked for me and I started detoxing all the pesticides, parasites, toxins that have built up in my system over the years. Enter: THIS MAT. I believe this mat has been helping me to detox, and also helping my system to switch into a parasympathetic state so I can heal. I use all the functions, and am so glad I bought this one that does so many different things. I love the PEMF, Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield have some good podcasts to explain how PEMF works and can help you. PEMF can be really expensive so I love that I get it in mat form at a good price. I love the red light feature. I almost bought a 1k Joov light system and am so glad I chose this instead. Its much more cost effective, and you can lay on it which I like. So I can be reading a book and get my red light therapy. Last but not least the infrared sauna feature. This relaxes me, puts me to sleep, helps me detox, I LOVE IT. Can't say enough good things!!! I also will add, 2 years ago I tried out a biomat. Much more expensive, but also made me really tired and didn't make me feel better. I think at the time, my body wasn't ready for the detox or healing power of the mat, or I just didn't give it enough time to see if it could work, or I didn't go low and slow enough. Could be all of those things. But my sense is, this is similar to the biomat, just more cost effective and you get a bunch of different modalities in ONE! My dog loves this mat too. Dogs are so intuitive, so if she loves it, must be good things happening ;) Another random thing thats been helping me, I bought a vibration plate for $150 on Amazon, helps with moving lymph. And the Vielight 655 prime, red light therapy that has been helping clean my blood. I had dirty dark blood before and now I have beautiful bright red happy blood. Flood Your Body with Oxygen by Ed McCabe talks about clean vs. dirty blood. Its a cool time to be sick, thanks to the internet we can all share information and help eachother get well. I've learned so much from Dr. Google and friends!! All that to say, I am almost to 100% full healing. Its been quite the journey. Thanks be to God, he is SO GOOD! And so cool! Our bodies are so cool that they are able to heal. Grateful for this mat as it has definitely been a huge piece in my puzzle!!

This is truly a therapeutic mat; very different from the hot stone, far infrared mat. With amethyst, jade and tourmaline stones, plus five options: red light, pulsed electromagnetic field, far infared, negative ions and hot stone therapies to choose from, I've found that I really like it. I've actually used all options together for optimal pain relief, stress reduction and serious detoxing (you really do need to drink a lot of water when using these mats). I mostly use this mat on my Reiki table, as I found that some of my clients benefit from using this mat along with Reiki in a session. It is a hard mat; not flexible at all and at first, not easy to lay on, but it really works to provide deep relaxation, stress relief and the red light therapy for the skin has been helpful to clients dealing with skin issues. I use it in my work chair when I am going to be working at the computer for an extended amount of time and find that I am not as tired, cranky and sore. Amazing therapy at an affordable price. I love that we can enjoy these healthy options to improve our lives!

It’s easier to say what I don’t have wrong with me then what I have wrong with me. I tried a similar mat at my doctors office and absolutely loved it. I was impressed on how it made me feel. I went out and purchased this mat and I have no regrets. It helps me with a lot of my medical issues, clarity and relaxes me as well . I’ve read both positive and negative reviews and I’m happy for those that left positive reviews for its help them and it really saddens me that there were negative reviews because there were some people that this did not benefit for them. Instead of a negative view review, perhaps this was just not the right par for what ails them and I hope that they can find what really works like I did. I highly recommend trying it and giving it a chance like I did. The only downside I find is that it is heavy to lift on and off the platform where I put this mat on. I only wish that there were built-in handles on the sides at the top and bottom so that it was easier to maneuver.

It was great until it stopped working after 2 years. I didn’t use it all the time usually only on colder nights. The controller stopped working, I would turn on the heating switch and the temperature would cancel out into “ - - - -“ Not finding any way to address fixing it so I’m leaving this review. Please help, this is expensive and I would like it to work. Thank you.

Do not buy this from amazon-If you buy this from amazon, the 90 day window to return is NOT allowed, the company said only 45 days if you buy from amazon. Also, I got this for my son who has pain and other Lyme symptoms-we read all instructions and researched lots and WANTED this mat to help him in some way, but it has done nothing. If anything, it made him worse, more dehydrated (he drank lots of water as instructed) and it is not comfortable to lie on. Because we were so hopeful and thought time would help, he kept trying it but finally two of his doctors said to STOP using it because it seems to detox and dehydrate him too much. But, I was past the 45 day window so I am now sitting here with a costly waste.

Bought this one year ago and I still love it as a heated restorative yoga mat, but if I had the chance for a do-over, I would either choose the larger Pro version (wider + longer) or the rainbow chakra version (more stones, more red lights). The controller is extremely basic and requires a lot of clicks of the same button (click to access the heat, click to change the heat setting, click to save the heat setting, click to access the timer, click again to change the timer, etc.) but once I figured it out, it's been easy enough to use, and I believe they all have the exact same controller so it wouldn't matter if I'd gotten a different mat. The heat is so incredibly relaxing, especially in the winter, and while the stones can feel a bit hard when you put the mat on the floor, it comes with a padded cover. I use it without the cover so I can access the lights, occasionally I'll throw a yoga blanket down if I'm doing kneeling poses. However, this thing is definitely heavy. I leave it out on the floor in my guest room so I can use it daily, and I hate when guests come and I have to put it away! it's bulky and folds up (doesn't roll) filling about the same space as a suitcase and probably weighs close to 30 pounds. My biggest regret is that this only has 4 rows of red lights. I'd like quite a few more. No idea if the stones really do anything, but I appreciate having them. I have definitely noticed mobility improvements after using red light therapy on my knee, so if I had the option to buy this over again or trade it in, I'd go for a version with as many lights as I could get. If you don't care about the lights and just want access to the heat and stones, this is a great mat! I'm 5'4 and fit on it comfortably, but if you're taller and want full coverage you might choose to size up.

I wanted a Biomat after laying on one when I went to an infusion spa with my sister who was fighting cancer. She insisted I lay on the one at the spa and after I did, I started a hunt. I saw that this mat offered several modalities for less than the Biomat. My husband insisted we buy it for her to have at her house to help her fight. One week, as I went to help care for her, I decided to lay on this mat. It was soothing and comfortable. What I didn’t realize is that it would heal my shoulder and elbow pain! I have fibromyalgia and have had chronic pain issues for quite some time. After leaving my sister’s house to go home I realized in the car that I no longer had any pain!!! I KNOW it was this mat because it was the only thing I’d done differently. If you are on the fence and considering this mat, order it. I’m glad I did.
