I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this hammer isnt for work it’s so cheaply designed and broke day 1 the brass head is great only reason it’s 3 stars but 1 swing the handle is gonna crack and start breaking and I don’t sledge I used it for tapping so stay away from this one

This is an awesome tool, it helps installing stuck parts without damaging material.

Really great hammer
This is a really great solid brass hammer. I waited way too long to get one at work and relied mostly on brass punches. This is so much nicer to tap out shafts when I need to without bending and mushrooming things!

Not for cryogenics!
This hammer is not made for daily use! I received it August 29 and started using it September 1st and now it’s October 23rd and it’s useless. Yes I use it daily for work so I need a brass hammer that is durable. Honestly the only hammer that is durable for cryogenics is Ampco.
