I have a ring but needed another set for my guest house. This works well. My mom can easily use it and she feels safe.

I’ve bought several refurb Ring items and haven’t had any issues. However, I did have to contact customer support concerning one of the door/window sensors being faulty. The sensor repeatedly stated it was being tampered with when we literally have yet to touch it since setting it up, that includes opening said door. I tried moving the sensor and will try resetting it. Customer service offered me a partial refund, which I accepted. I’ll use it to buy another sensor if I can’t get it to work after resetting.
