I can't sleep without these. I've had insomnia my whole life and have tried all kinds of sleep aids and meds. I started reading about high-dose melatonin and it's benefits and decided to give these a try and have been taking them ever since. I use 2 a night during the work week and 3 a night on the weekends and sleep like a baby. It has also made a noticeable difference in my inflammation and brain fog.I have tried other brands of higher dose melatonin but have found this to be the most effective by far.
