Is this product recommended to use on the plastic portions of the trailer?

Walbernize will not damage the plastic in the airstream trailer that it is recommended for, but the airstream owners manual recommends "303 Aerospace Protectant" for rubbers and plastic which is also available online. Both products work very well.

Can a ceramic sealant be used over this on an Airstream?

With most Ceramic Coatings the vehicle or RV has to be completely cleaned of any wax, polish, contaminates before coating is applied. Astec Corp

Will this remove oxidation from fiberglass gelcoat?

Eventually - but not the best option for that task. Try Meguires M10532 ULTRA CUT COMPOUND. Worked great on restoring the old gelcoat finish.

was wondering about using on a new pickup recommended or not ?

I would recommend using a ceramic which is a superior.
