I was impressed right out of the box. The unit arrived with a factory seal, which immediately reassured me that it was clean and unused. No one wants someone else’s toe jam. Setup was straightforward and beginner friendly. I really appreciated that it included six blocks of paraffin, which is more than enough to get started right away. Personally, I find the included wax to be strongly perfumed. That is a preference issue, not a defect. I will likely switch to an unscented or lightly scented, dye-free wax in the future. *Bonus* there was an insert stating they would send you unscented wax if you have an issue with the lavender so that is on the way! Customer service was super easy to contact and extremely helpful! One tip during setup: I initially left the heat guard in place while melting the wax, and it took quite a while. Once I removed the guard and 2 blocks of wax, the wax melted much faster having direct contact with the base and the lid fit. After an hour I could add the remaining blocks. The included accessories are a nice bonus. It comes with a thermometer, plastic mittens and booties, and fabric covers to help retain heat. The quality was better than I expected. I do plan to upgrade to heavier fabric covers that are slightly larger. I wear a women’s 10.5, and while the booties fit, they are a bit snug but still usable. They kept the heat in for 20 minutes. The spatula and brush are useful if you want to apply wax higher on the wrist or ankle after dipping. Elbows were actually easy to dip directly due to the large, level basin design. Overall, this feels like excellent value for the price. The large capacity comfortably fits hands, larger feet, and elbows. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Easy to use and comes with great supplies! This wax machine is very easy to figure out. The only thing I should've done differently the first time is put more wax in it since it takes quite a bit to cover your hand/foot entirely. It melts equally but do keep in mind it takes a few hours to melt completely the first time. The "comfort" heat setting is perfect for when you dip your hand/foot in. There is a plastic grate thing so you don't burn yourself on the bottom of the machine when you dip, but I didn't find it that helpful and after I removed it, I didn't have any issue with the temperature on the bottom. This machine is the perfect size for most people. I, myself, have small hands and feet so there's plenty of extra room. I also found that this was one of the best machines for the value. You get quite a bit of supplies plus the machine for the price. Overall I am very impressed with this machine!

My hands needed some extra TLC. I am a caregiver and I’m constantly washing them. At night, I would apply hand cream, but it just wasn’t enough. After using Achzzy Paraffin Wax, my hands stayed soft for several days. I also used it on my feet, getting the same affect. It’s a really nice at-home treat. It’s so relaxing.

It works well . I just wish I had gotten a smaller one

Easy to use, helps my trigger finger symptoms, relieves dry skin, feels great! Lavender scented wax is not overpowering. You do have to use all four packs of wax to fill it and have it deep enough for dipping your hand.

I melted all 6 of the Lavender wax packs that came with the Achzzy Paraffin Wax Warmer. I bought the 4000 ml size so I could also use it on my feet. There is a very light scent of lavender, so it's not overwhelming to me. I have asthma and some scents really irritate me, but this doesn't at all. I was worried about that, but I don't have any problems! I believe I could put another one or two wax packs in the unit to get full wax coverage on all of my hands and wrists, but I turned my hand over and dipped it, and that worked very well. I didn't use the rack in the bottom, I turned the unit off, then dipped my hand and did not have a problem with the heat element in the bottom. I will be using my Achzzy Paraffin Wax Warmer for the recommended number of times from now on. I am very pleased I purchased it.

I’ve really enjoyed using this paraffin wax machine! The setup was easy, it heats evenly, and the wax stays at a perfect temperature for hands and feet. It has been wonderful for soothing aches, stiffness, and dry skin—my hands haven’t felt this soft in a long time! I also appreciate the thoughtful design and how clean and simple it is to use. Customer service has been responsive and helpful, which is a big plus. Overall, a great product—definitely glad I purchased it!
