I love this toaster, it looks really nice, easy to polish the top chrome with a quick wipe with kitchen roll and the sides don't noticeably show finger prints/marks. 4 slots allow 4 slices to be made simultaneously or how we use it, a side for fresh bread and a side for frozen set at 2 different levels. The bread is toasted pretty evenly, just the edge was a bit underdone which could be rectified by smaller bread/turning half way but it really doesn't bother me. I couldn't say it's particularly quick but nor is it particularly slow. It's good value for money for what you get and a lovely addition to the kitchen looks wise. My only problem is that if used straight after someone else the toast can be a bit over done, but then again I suppose that's because it's preheated and would be the same with any toasted and I could just lower the dial slightly.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Have used a couple of times, toasts fine. Toaster not as heavy as previously one, but I'll soon get use to it. Good quality item, which I thought was good value for money. The bread I use fitted well and also so did my crumpets. Great item.

I thought the trusted name of Tower meant quality. Not the case here, the toaster doesn't toast evenly no matter what the setting. The toaster tilts forward when you press the lever down to start the toaster, very poor quality

Purchased this for my new home and didn’t open it for over a month as I wanted to enjoy it once I moved in. Unfortunately it was not specified that it was for UK Power points only. Now it’s too late to return and I have just wasted $300 on a kettle and toaster.

Toasts well , but colour is not white in person it is like a creamy off white ivory which makes a big difference if that’s the theme your going for in the kitchen (white and gold ) oh and make sure to buy an uk to aus adaptor plug which they didn’t make clear on ad
