Definitely Worth The Price
Great product very sturdy an if your debating between a lesser product an this due to price.. you get what you pay for this is a sturdy quality cast iron nice an heavy too. I will buy again many years from now as i don't anticipate needing a replacement for a long time. So far everything cooked in it has been next level compared to a normal plain old pan.

Cast Iron on a budget!
If you are looking for a budget friendly cast iron frying pan-this is it. You can't beat this price and cast iron is so sturdy and great for any of your favorite stove top recipes. This pan is a great value if you want to cook with the best cast iron pan. I won't use any other type of pan for cooking steaks or frying chicken. Season this pan with your favorite cooking oil and it will last a lifetime.

High quality, pre seasoned
I needed an oven safe cast iron skillet and i needed one that was pre seasoned because i don't know how to do that and this was perfect. It's a great size and weight for every day use - not that i use mine every day but i could do it if i needed to. It's a good bit heavier than my ceramic cookware - there's an extra handle for a reason- but it can go in the oven directly and it isn't as susceptible to damage from metal utensils. I love it, and i hope to get lots of use out of it. Make sure to save and follow the care instructions!

Textured cooking surface not mentioned in description nor evident in photos
So far, after a dozen or so uses, this has been a terrific pan. One bit worth noting, though, is that the cooking surface has a slight pebbly texture. We also have a Lodge cast iron skillet, with a very smooth cooking surface. The upshot is that some foods -- sunny-side up eggs, e.g. -- require more oil for cooking to ensure smooth removal from the pan, in my experience. Also, the extra small handle on the side opposite the main handle makes it "just that much easier" to lift the skillet high enough to inflict deadly blunt-force trauma on someone, should the need occur.

Good for cooking and against crooks
Sturdy and heavy, good for cooking. After use I wash with no soup and cover it all with olive oil.

It makes you happy
It is beautiful, I am so excited to have it. Makes a great steak. They send you a holder for the handle, so you don't have to have a pot holder.

Great pan for less than every other cast iron one on the market.
From what I have used it for, and I season it and care for it, it works great. Especially the price is great. I have it at 4 stars for value for money, purely because I would advise people to go to your local antique shop or garage sale and restore a cheaper one that will indefinitely be better than any mass-produced one nowadays. Don't believe me? Look up old cast iron vs. new cast iron. But don't let that turn you away, this is still a great product nonetheless. Good pan!I don't know if anyone needs to read this, but with cast iron pans don't use soap!
