I found these too uncomfortable to wear, they hurt. They're made of silicone but perhaps need to be a bit softer/more spongey.

i didnt have a problem theyre the right shape to go in the bra inserts you replace the padding with themat about 36 b or c size so you take the lower padding out and put them in like a 'push up' bra when they were fine !...
