The DJI RC 2 is an outstanding remote controller that really enhances the flying experience. The built-in 5.5-inch FHD screen is bright and clear, even in direct sunlight, so I don’t need to rely on my phone anymore. The interface is smooth, and the upgraded processor makes everything fast and responsive.The transmission range is very impressive, providing a stable connection and clear video feed over long distances. The design is lightweight and comfortable to hold, and the battery life is excellent for long flying sessions.I also appreciate the compact form factor—easy to carry and set up quickly. The dual antennas help maintain a reliable signal, and overall the controller feels very well-built.This is definitely a must-have for DJI drone users who want convenience, performance, and reliability in one device. I’m fairly new to drone flying, but this remote has been a total game changer.Having a standalone device that does everything is a huge upgrade. I can get the drone airborne in a fraction of the time compared to using controllers that rely on my phone. Plus, I’m no longer dealing with mid-flight interruptions from notifications.If you’re familiar with other DJI remotes, the transition to this one is seamless.There’s a ton of customization available, but once you set it up to your preferences, you’ll mostly only need to adjust operational safety and camera settings both of which are easy to navigate through the screen.Battery life is solid, and the screen is noticeably brighter than my phone’s, though I would still recommend using a sunshade in direct sunlight.Overall, I think the price is fair considering the quality and functionality. I’m happy with the purchase and hopeful that this remote will stay compatible with newer drones for a good while.

Pretty much flawless. I love how the control sticks fit into recesses in the back of the remote. Battery life is exceptional. The pictures is very good and the controls are very responsive. Best thing… It keeps me from having to use my phone when I’m flying.

It’s a very good controller as always DJI is the best Consumer quad copters weather for fun flying, and or quality pictures and videos or for Commercial use DJI makes the best hands-down American drone makers, no matter what they try to do, to keep DJI out of America; consumers will not buy their crap…ha ha HA!!!

First the order was delayed but never got a notification until the day it was to be delivered. Then when I receive 6 days after original ETA its DEFECTIVE with a issue that DJI is aware of. Rc will not ACTIVATE. This issue can't be resolved and needs to be sent back. Tried to replace it, but only option is to refund. Then I have to REPURCHASE on Amazon for a higher price point and pray it arrives as quoted and functional.

I have 2 of the rc2 controllers, they both work great and its so nice to not have connect acell phone to the controller for a video screen. It works great on my Neo, Flip & mini 4 Pro but my mini 4k wont work on this controller.

Absolutely love this thing!. Perfect controller for your drone

This thing is awesome. Paired up with zero hassles to a DJI Neo and allowed me to pretty much immediately fly around and take good quality video of the surroundings. While this review is about the controller I wanted to mention the Neo does not have GPS so I was not expecting return to home to work on the controller. I was surprised to find it does work although I think it mentioned some limitation of some sort. There's a lot to take in while operating this thing. Im in my mid 40s and reaching a point where I MIGHT just be falling behind on cutting edge technologies. Handed the controller off to a 13 year old with zero flight experience and they flew around, flew back to us and landed at our feet like a pro. Honestly that moment alone was worth the price of admission. They were nervous to take the controls at first but then it was all smiles. It was super easy to set up with a DJI drone. Im seeing these tiny whoop drones that are micro sized and will probably pick one up to try to make work with this controller as well. I see a lot of folks posting videos flying those indoors and that seems like fun too.. anyways great controller I'd buy it again if needed and will be buying one as a gift in the near future. Biggest problem? Showing your friends and them wanting one too!
