First I bought the 8in and after taking it out of package and feeling the quality of this pan. I went back online to grab the 10in. Used the 8in to make eggs and they came out beautiful. Made sure the water drops danced around pan before adding eggs. Pan worked as if line in non stick. Pans have some weight to them. But not as heavy as cast iron, which I cannot lift anymore. Even the lids have some weight to them. Never had lids for my fry pans before. And since these are deep rimmed. The amount of different foods you can cook and simmer in one fry pan is great. I think these pans are good quality. At great price for 3 ply. Probably last long time. Overall Im very happy with these!

This is a very nice frying pan. Cooks food well and not too heavy. No unhealthy finish on the pan. Heat distribution seems pretty good. I have had for months and am happy with it.

First, the packaging of this product is superior. The box it comes in is also made of a sturdy material. The chances of this pan getting damaged, during shipping and handling, is extremely low. This 8", 3/ply stainless steel frying pan, with a stainless steel lid and high rim, is exactly what I wanted for making an omelet, or frying a large egg or small piece of meat or fish, for one person. It's extremely well made with a handle that will never detach and it looks beautiful. I've been a fan of stainless steel cookware forever. It never bends if dropped, it always looks new and the metal cleans easily. Just Put water in it and let soak for at least 30 mins. Food will detach easily. I'm going to purchase their 10" frying pan, next.

If you like the old standard metal pan without a non-stick coating, then this is a good choice. Season the cooking surface well and use some oil for eggs. There is some sticking that requires some scrubbing to clean. The smaller size of pan is good when preparing food for one or two persons.

Wifey loves it, it compliments her vast array of cast iron. She says there are times where she wants to use stainless and that this pan is excellent quality. After months of use it has proved to be a top value for quality at a good price.

I've had this pan for a while now and use it almost everyday and became my go to frying pan. It works great if you know how to use it, I make eggs, fish, chicken in it, it doesn't stick if properly heated. I love the non-glass lid, it's sturdy and fits the pan perfectly. I would buy this pan again.

Nice size, but inside is already getting those spots.

I use this for myself. Cooking breakfast - eggs (scrambled or poached or fried) and hash; also Hamburg, anything fried. It is beautiful. I have tried several different "non-stick" pans and the nonstick part always wears down or scraps off eventually. I have a glass cooktop. Be sure to oil the pan as the directions state. My personal preference for the best result is to use pure butter while I slowly heat the pan. It is very easy to clean if you follow the directions that come with it. When I read that it was an 8" pan, I thought it seemed very small. It isn't. You can put a lot of products in it.

No se pega, curándolo desde el inicio, los omelets saben deliciosos en él, de hecho todo lo que cocino reafirma sus sabores. Y Físicamente es muy bonito, Y como todo hay que cuidarlo (lavarlo cuando esté frío, no dejar comida en él, utilizar palas adecuadas y objetos de limpieza aptos para acero inoxidable.

Resistencia, calidad y eficacia.

Un sartén de acero inoxidable muy bueno, materiales de buena calidad, buenos acabados, bien fabricado y muy bien remachado, de buen calibre el acero, calienta parejo, rápido, ideal para hacer arroz o algún guiso como estofado, sella de manera hermética, no se calienta del mango y la tapa no se calienta la agarradera, vale cada centavo garantizado. Pura Calidad.

Buena aceptación del calor, no obstante tiene deficiencias en la superficie, se siguen pegando los alimentos.
