Good quality product at a fair price.
Product was great, you definitely need two people to put it together. It is wonderful works just as advertised. I really like the look on my ram 2500. I do recommend this tonneau retractable cover. Takes a bit of space away but the sacrifice is worth it. I may put one on my ram 1500 short bed. The seal is good and it’s rained a a few times but no water has gone in. The lock is a bit tricky if you don’t read the instructions but once you figure it out it is easy. Installation was easy quality is good and fits very well.

Great Cover and Nice Looking - MPG Went UP
The bed cover was nicely packaged. The parts were in a bag and were clearly labeled. The parts and the cover itself look and felt of good quality. I have a 2022 Ram Rebel. After getting the bed cover installed, I realized, it so much easier than the manual instructions. I watched the video that's listed on the amazon website for this bed cover, and it helped a lot. That video pretty much shows you all you need to do to get it installed. The hardest part of the install was installing the Cover cabin because the screws and the holes were not aligning. There was not much slack to move it around. So, the trick is not to position the cover all the way to the back window of the truck, leave a lot of space so you can install the cover cabin from the front. Then install the 3 screws per side, then you can slide everything into the correct spot i.e. back window. Some of you may not have this issue depending on your truck. After installing everything, I was able to function test without any issues. You can lock the bed cover without a key and I prefer to leave it unlock because the truck tailgate will be locked and the only way to open the bed cover is to first unlock the tailgate. So I guess, locking it with the key is a secondary security. The only issue I see is if you didn’t lock the cover all the way and you’re driving and it opens up. I also took it to the car wash and after, there was a little bit of water at the tailgate area. This is no big deal for me,‘because the car wash I use has the strongest pressure water spray I’ve ever seen lol, but normal rain will not get in. I took a for test drive for a day and it held strong, no rattle and it was as if there was no bed cover at all. I'm still monitoring my MPG but so far, it doesn't seem to have any effect. Overall, I highly recommend this cover. Update as of Jan 2025: Unable to Unlock: If you run into this situation, i.e. it seems you are unable to unlock, meaning if you try to pull the unlocking rope to the right, you don't hear the clicking sound and it seems it will break if you keep pulling to the right, then go to the company's website and it shows a video how to unlock it. Basically, you use your key and rotate the clockwise so the key hole is horizontal. Then, use the bed handle and pull the bed back i.e. towards the rear/you and hold it. Without letting go, press the key hole down (you might have to push it hard down), then it should slide back, or just push it back. I've only run into this unable to unlock twice. First was the first time I got it (June 2024) and now (Jan 2025). I'm not sure what caused it to get stuck but it was very cold. Update as of Aug 2024: My MPG went up. I’m averaging anywhere from 16 on regular driving. And around 17.5 to 18 when driving long distance trips. The highest I’ve seen is 18.7.

Bed cover is good but…..
Fitting the latch to lock is pretty difficult. The canister lock can jolt open during travel. Build quality is good. Lanyard works well.

Unit works great. I like it better than my previous Back-Flip brand/style cover
I have had this for almost a year now. The instructions took a bit to figure out at first, but then it turned out to be easier than it seemed. I installed the two side pieces then installed it onto the bed. I was pretty careful to square up the sides to the bed and roller section which has allowed the cover to retract smoothly. I took heed to previous reviews and I am careful with the release lever to move it to the unlock position and back to the middle lock position (where it locks to each partial open or full closed latch point) and it has been perfectly fine. I open this several times per week so I'd say it has held up pretty good. Can not complain one bit for the price. And it is actually better than a back-flip (style and brand) that cost twice as much. I don't care for the logo being sort of goofy sounding and so pronounced, but then never removed that because they did after all make a good product.

Very nice, sleek, great style.
2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Packaged nicely and all small parts were neatly labeled and packaged separately. Installation was not easy but not super difficult. The hardest part was getting the side rails lined up with the top cover and the box that they are bolted to, lining up the grooves and slots while trying to put the bolts in. Once that part was done, everything else went smoothly. For Ram owners with the 5' 7" bed... definitely put in the optional aluminum "L" bracket at the front of the bed. I have owned a more expensive cover from a national brand, I must say that this cover seems superior to that one, especially for the price. Well built, sleek and I especially like the locking mechanism. I only worry about the single pulling point and strap strength. But I'll update as necessary.

Horrible
Don't buy this cover, especially if you install it yourself. Missing pieces to faulty parts. You will save your sanity from avoiding this thing.

Great tonneau cover!
Bought this with no customer reviews and I have to admit I was a little worried. If things went poorly, returning this heavy thing would be a pain. Luckily, I'm VERY happy with it! Assembly was a little time consuming and challenging, maybe 7/10. Instructions weren't the worst, but by no means crystal clear. Loved that there was a pack of extra hardware components to cover for any lost or damaged items (screws, washers, nuts etc.) No drilling needed, which was also a great thing. The lock mechanism requires drilling into the tailgate to install a latch, but I chose not to, since when fulky closed with a locking tailgate, there's no way to open it. The cover pulls a little hard, but probably could be improved by adjusting my alignment (which admittedly is a little challenging). Very nice solid hard top when closed and I've driven this through a car wash and came out bone dry inside. Really happy with this and far more reasonably priced than other roll-up tonneaus. Additional word-to-the-wise edit: if you're concerned about a gap between the tonneau cover seal and the tailgate (I was after initial installation), my solution was to sit on the side rails while someone else tightens the clamps holding them down. This should get rid of any gap. Also, if your tailgate locks, there's really no reason to drill in and install the latch for the locking mechanism. Once fully closed, the cover won't open from the outside.
