Wonderful for joint maintenance and repair.
Glucosamine with MSM is excellent for joint health and cartilage repair. Healthy knee joints for jogging and exercise. Great stuff.

Wow! This stuff is powerful for those of us who suffer from joint pain. My neck, back was instantly improved in using this one day! I have to bite in half, as they are huge. But suffer thru it because of the relief they give me. No stomach upset.

Of all the Glucosamine pills I've tried these are the easiest to swallow. Still a larger pill, but smaller than others/not as long and only two pills to take. And it's got a decent coating, pretty smooth and not chalky. I can swallow these without water. And they are working great!!
