I recently installed this peel-and-stick vinyl baseboard molding trim around our living room and hallway, and overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a quick, DIY-friendly way to freshen up your space. The self-adhesive backing made installation really easy — I simply cut the trim to length, peeled off the backing, and pressed it firmly against the wall. The flexibility of the PVC material helped it conform nicely to slightly uneven walls and corners, which wouldn’t have been possible with rigid, traditional wood trim. The 4-inch height gives a nice, substantial look that covers gaps between wall and floor and helps prevent dust build-up, while the smooth black finish adds a clean, modern touch. It’s also water- and heat-resistant, so I don’t worry about minor splashes or temperature changes affecting it. That said, there are a couple of caveats: because it’s thin PVC and only adhesively attached, it doesn’t feel as solid or permanent as traditional baseboards — a heavier knock or strong impact could dent or loosen it. Also, some users report it arrives rolled up, so it can take a little time to flatten out fully before sticking. In short: if you want an affordable, easy, renter-friendly way to update baseboards or cover gaps — especially in living rooms, bedrooms, or low-traffic spaces — this trim is a good pick. For heavy-duty use or high-traffic areas, you might want to consider a more durable, traditional baseboard instead.

I have an ugly mirror in the bathroom that is glued to the wall. I've been on the hunt for something inexpensive and easy to use as a frame to make it look a little nicer. Everything I bought, it was very clear I had cheaped out with a peel and stick product. Not this time, it actually does look like real molding, even close up! It is the perfect size to hide the silver frame of the builder installed mirror. The material is flexible enough that I'm planning to use the leftover on a plain door to create an arched molding effect. It's too soon to say if the adhesive will last in a bathroom, but even if it does, I like it enough that I'll reattach with glue if needed.

I did not do the installation myself so I asked my installers for an opinion. They told me this works well for installation but does not have enough adhesive to remain in position all around and to watch for gaps to appear. There were some within 24 to 48 hours and most re-adhered but some required extra adhesive. The product looks great, easy to clean and maintain without the bother of painting.

Super easy to install. Very sticky adhesive so no concerns of it it peeling off.

Amazing!!! Super easy to install, great price, looks awesome in our home, and the size is perfect for trim work! Perfect DiY. I did have to order 3 rolls to do top and bottom decorations, make sure you measure your project before you buy. I had to put my project on hold when i ran out twice.

Is good product but was to much for what I wanted. Was more industrial quality, good for basement etc wasn’t good for my bathroom, to skukum

The price was the main positive. Negatives include it only being 16 feet in length. Ordered 20', needed 18', delivered roll was 16'. too late to return as already installed. Should have measured it first. Fairly good adhesion, but bottom is wavy in sections. Bought the top rated competitor for considerably more cost, but the product is clearly superior.
