Perfect for joining meetings on MSTeams

I bought this headset for it compatibility with my Mac laptop for teams meetings. I did some preliminary research to ensure it was compatible before buyinh. What I liked ========== The headset just worked our of the box with a 2022 MBP The mic has external noise cancelling which makes it ideal for those who work from home USB-C connectivity Has a sound control for making calls, hanging up, muting The kit comprises a storage bag for transportation Audio Quality is decent for the price at the time of review Watch out for =========== The headset can become uncomfortable to wear for longer durations. After a while it felt like my head had been in a vice clamp It can feel bulky and is quite weighty Overall I do like this headset. I'm please that it just works with my computer without requiring any updates / drivers etc. I can recommend it but I feel that I would have preferred a more lightweight model.

Excellent headset.

I rarely leave reviews, but after experiencing three replacements of this headset model, I felt compelled to share. Each unit developed issues within months of use, and despite being replaced twice under warranty, the problems continued. The most recent device also failed, and Jabra has now declined further support as the original warranty has expired — even though the last replacement was received much later. This product clearly has design or quality issues, and dealing with repeated failures and support follow-ups has been frustrating and time-consuming. I expected better reliability and customer care from a brand like Jabra. I cannot recommend this model. Look elsewhere if you want a durable and dependable headset.

It is amazing and does everything it says. Sound is perfect!

So we all got sent home in CV outbreak and needed set up home office quick. I used to have jabra headset in other job and decided to try again. These are really good and comfortable. Sound is excellent and simple to use. I also bought the usb co troller separately as for some reason it’s cheaper buy as separate rather than one unit (odd) this one if not usb Co troller just fits in headphone jack but it’s not that long so you would need sit close to computer. Whereas the addd on usb controller allows extra length moving around / standing etc. Anyway after using I realise why I liked these so much particularly if in lots of calls or video calls. They work great with FaceTime and Skype but have more feature if use zoom or lync. Only worry with these as they usually need replacing g after a year through use so not as durable as Plantronics at similar price but so much more comfortable. Word advice I would use the corded one not the wireless. Ones that lose connection a lot. These are perfect for office use.

After 2 years of usage: + Great sound quality of mic + audio, people hear me very well even if I am in super busy/noisy places = Wire is a bit too long for me even when I stand up to do calls - Wire is of very bad quality, not durable at all and broke down making the headset unusable

Los uso diariamente para teletrabajar y funcionan a la perfección. Además el control de sonido es muy práctico. Se puede conectar tanto por usb como por jack. Se oye y te oyen perfectamente.

数千円のヘッドセットと一万円を超えてくるヘッドセットでは明らかな質の違いを感じました。これより値段の高い2～3万円クラスのものもありますが、仕事業務として充分に通用する品質だと思います。両耳塞ぐタイプだと個人的に圧迫感があるので、こちらは片耳出せるタイプで重宝しました。

A foto e o anuncio não estão corretos. Comprei deste fornecedor apenas pelo fato da conexão ser USB-C e o aparelho não é USB-C. Me mandaram um conector muito porcaria para transformar de USB para USB-C. E para quem utiliza muito o fone como eu, já começou a dar problema, não pode tocar no cabo que já da mal contato. Paguei até mais caro apenas pelo fato de ser USB-C e não era.
