Very very cute! Size up though. My just turned 3YO needs 4T. The color is good and quality is worth it. I love the blue color.

If you don't want your child running around in this dress all the time, don't buy it.

If you want to put a long sleeved shirt under or anything underneath i would size up one size. My daughter is on the smaller side and this was pretty tight with an undershirt on. But it was cute nonetheless.
