where do i buy the riser base for Pyro Burn Cage Incinerator

You can go on the Bad Idea website and purchase the riser base. We did not purchase one. We burn everything except glass and aluminum and then shovel the fine ashes into the woods.

Is this stainless steel?

No it is a heavy gauge steel. It will take two people to put it together because of the weight. But I love mine, wish i had it years ago.

Since NOT stainless, wondering how many years it would last for trash burning? (vs. buying new barrel every 2 yrs) guesses?

I would say it will last for a good many years. It is almost or is one quarter inch thick very heavy. When you burn your trash in this it goes up in a hurry with very little residue left. No smoking like a barrel does the rest of the day. I would recommend this to anyone. Very pleased with its performance.

I see that the lid is included, but can you order the base and how much is it?
