a bit expensive for just one pair of shoes but its good quality.

I didn’t hold out much hope for this to work because I had tried everything else. I needed something to get me over till my injections into my heel. This stuff actually works, I still have some pain but no where near as bad as it was. After a shift at work I normally struggle to walk, couldn’t put weight on my foot but this has helped. You get a template so your able to cut out the right size. It arrived quickly and it’s definitely worth the money.

Expensive got I pair of insoles out of this thought I would have got more better to buy ready cut insoles cheaper

Ordered my brother hes had heel problems and wanted this insole for his shoes to cushion heel when walking, Arrived very quickly.

Worth the money and tough enough to do the job properly.

i think i chose the wrong thickness at 6mm but product seems ok
