Make a long story short. This stuff works as advertised. I have a very bad back with a slightly compressed disc. I was at my wits end. (I refuse surgery.) I fully believe, all this type "med" is just "snake oil". Really didnt expect any relief. But, as i said. I was at my wits end. Figured i would try it. The FIRST day i felt relief. Dont get me wrong. Its not magic. Im not out of the woods and without pain. But, i can now at least manage on a daily. I can tie my boots. I can bend over and pick something off the floor. I can pull a heavy door open. All without it kicking my a**. I am so glad i found this.

I've been taking these for a while and they're pretty easy to swallow. For as slow as they work, they seem to be very effective. I haven't experienced any side effects that I can notice.

O felt no pain relief nor did I move any better, waste of money

I'm an old carpenter and this product has definitely helped with the joint pain and stiffness that has afflicted me for the past few years. I have tried many similar products over the years with little relief. This is the first one that actually did something for me. My left knee has been very stiff and painful for months now since an injury occurred and I would say there has been about a 50% improvement in mobility.
