Excelente suplemento me ha ayudado mucho con el control de la presión llevo casi 2 meses sin tomar la pastilla y con el sueño me ha ayudado a dormir más horas de sueño.

PROS: I like the variety of magnesiums. I 'think' my migraine frequency and sleep quality were both affected positively, if even only mildly.CONS: 90% + of the capsules were half full. A handful were entirely empty! The packaging itself was dusty with (magnesium) powder.I probably will not buy again 🫤

I like these product because do what is promised, help a lot to feel better and also to sleep, I recommend this product to everyone 😊

Love the blend, love the size even more!

This was one of the waste purchases I have made. The capsules were very underfilled and I noticed too late to do anything. Also, they didn't help me sleep like other brands. Be forewarned.

Capsules are small indeed as advertised, but they are only 2/3 filled with product....in other words 1/3 of each capsule is empty.
