I feel it helps when i look at a screen for a long time. Build quality feels decent, definitely not bad. You also get a case, cloth for cleaning small sack and a cord to put it around your neck

Using them every day for watching tv and working on my computer as recommended by the optician after having my cataracts done.

I have had Lens Replacement surgery to my eyes and subsequently lost all UV protection when the natural lens was extracted, this means I have to wear Sunglasses even in mild sunlight and when driving, the LED lights from oncoming cars simply dazzles me to the point of pain and blindness. Not good while driving along the narrow unlit country roads of Northern Ireland in the dead of night These glasses help immensely, not exactly perfect but they assist to the point I can well bear the glare from oncoming traffic at night. A great buy, I wouldn't be without them. Stongly recommended.
