They heat evenly and my baking time was about what I normally expect for bread, so there were no surprises there. Everything baked through nicely. They feel solid and well made, not thin or flimsy like some cheaper pans. So far they seem durable and have held up well with repeated use. They don’t come with lids, but that wasn’t something I needed anyway. Overall I’m really happy with them. For the price they’re great quality and perfect for baking bread at home.
