what is the thickness of this suit? will it keep one relatively warm in 60 degrees temp?

This not a wet suit. The material is porous to allow quick drying once out of the water. Wet suits have a water impervious layer so that your body heat can warm the water next to your skin and keep you warm(er).

I'm 5´9", 160 lbs, chest 38 what size should I get ?
