This item is unfortunately covered by warranty if you bought it and discover faults after the return period you will not get your money back. Luckily I tried every single app before I left the country, Netflix app was not showing any videos but you can hear the audio. Other apps work fine. It took me ages to get the airplay working. I updated the software hoping it would resolve Netflix issue to no avail so I decided to call them. CSR from amazon told me it is not covered in warranty and that they cannot do anything about it. I wanted the TV but if it doesn't work well then it defeats the purpose.

It's a TV. Sound system is nice color is crystal clear. Easy to set up if mounting. Very good price. Quality is great it's a Samsung.Crystal clear. Remote control not the best I use remote to cable box. Just pair it with your tv.

I tried repeatedly to set up Alexa but could not find the app on the TV nor was there a microphone button on the remote. It was for my bedroom. I wasn't paying up to $150 more for a TV that didn't have Alexa nor could I set up Bixby as the guide said. Could not get the Voice Assistant set up at all
