A lovely learning tool
This abacus is well made and easy to use, it feels quite robust. It's a very manageable size for my 6 year old to take out and also pack away. It comes with number cards and counting sticks. It's really helped to encourage an interest and understanding of maths and number patterns and is a lovely tool for learning and playing.i have seen some which are cheaper/more expensive, but this one was just right for us because it had the extra cards and counting sticks.

Simple but effective
My little boy loves to count, so I thought this would be ideal for him. Well manufactured and good value. Great for learning through fun. Decent size and looks good. The only thing that bugs me is the mix of red and yellow beads on one line.

Great quality and value
Love this. Using it with a variety of children who I tutor. Good quality and the rental is sturdy enough that it stands without additional support when being used. Loved the additional bits which came with it too!

Good for children who need to use things to learn!
Great for children who need to use things to learn or see things before they eyes, ie kinaesthetic or visual learners. Ideal for children who need a bit of extra help at home with their maths. Happy to recommend. If I were still a teacher these might be in a great big Maths box of resources to help children get to grips with numbers etc. I always thought I wasn't good at Maths until I went to University at 40 and then I discovered that in comparison to the other students on my teaching course, I was a genius at Maths. If I missed a lecture, which didn't happen very often our Maths tutor would cry because I was the only one who ever answered her questions! Try not to project any dislike you have of Maths and Numbers on your children, you might learn a lot by helping them with their Maths homework!

My child has been enjoying math since she has started using this. It is nice that they changed the colors by 5, easy to understand for kids plus I think a good deal compared to other products
