Really bad quality

After a couple of months the hair starts feeling like straw and becoming tangled. Even after using the memory hair conditioning spray. I returned my first ones as I thought they may be faulty but the second ones have done the same thing. They look and feel awful. My less expensive hair extensions have lasted much longer.
