For long trips or people with weak bladders
My son has issues with needing to go to the bathroom very frequently when on long car trips. He keeps wanting to use an empty cup or have me exit and go to the nearest fast food restaurant to buy something so he can use their restroom. I saw this and asked if he would want to use this in cases where he needs to go on long car trips. He said he would try it. It fits him well enough, but he has a psychological issue with using it while sitting in the car. It’s a good idea to avoid frequent stops, but only if he can get over the mental block he has with using it.

GREAT FOR ROAD TRIPS! No more sudden needs to stop often for urination breaks.
I love that my husband and I go on long trips and we don't like to stop all the time for bathroom breaks. He has used this urinal and says it is very comfortable because it is held on/up by a stretchable band with velcro tabs, then loops that go around to connect to the back. He really likes that he can disassemble the tube and bag at any time then reattach them when he needs to urinate. He usually drains into a urinal bottle that is equipped to attach that tube. No more sudden need for using the bathroom for him. Definitely a great price and has saved money in gasoline costs due to not needing to stop for restrooms.

May work depending on your situation
To put this on and get it setup was not really an issue. It's fairly light but wants to hang from the funnel since that's where the most weight is (plus it'll be attached to a tube which will pull it around sometimes if you walk or wear clothes) The opening to put your part is large enough I think for the majority of people. It can be a bit uncomfortable with sticking so using some type of lotion, baby powder, etc may be best. My biggest con of this product is that it seems to be rather difficult, uncomfortable, and not reliable to wear this while wearing clothes on top. The funnel will collapse some which can compromise the whole use of it. I don't think I would trust or feel comfortable wearing this under clothes and being out in public. It would be very risky. At home it may be easier to deal with in case it leaks or you need to adjust it for comfort.

Crucial for long drives
This can be a real time saver if you are doing a long trip and want to avoid stopping other than for gas. Set up before you hit the road, of course, and make sure you have the right angle to avoid backflow while sitting. You can have the tube lead to a container on the floor of the car. The silicone is very comfortable, though I go without using the underwear and attach it directly. The pouch is a good size and not too cramped. Overall I am very pleased by how useful this is.

Well-designed
The fabric is very soft, the cup is pliable, and the straps are elastic. There are no rough or unfinished edges. The waistband and the leg straps are fully adjustable, with a hook-and-loop fastener for the waistband and buttons and corresponding button-holes along the leg straps. The tubing and collection-bag fit together snugly and don't leak and the clamp at the bottom is comfortable to open and close. Not only is there a vent on the cup, but there's another vent on the collection bag that makes it so you can empty the bag without disconnecting it. The description mentions using this device with the bag strapped to your leg, but no strap is provided for that, so the bag needs to either be attached by passing one of the leg straps through the loop at the top of the bag or a separate strap needs to be purchased, made, or appropriated. A patella strap would work really well for this. All of the parts come apart for cleaning. The waistband and fabric panel can be hand-washed, a syringe would come in handy for cleaning out the tubing, and there's an instruction pamphlet included that explains how to clean the collection bags.

My father loves this for those days when he has uncontrollable incontinence. It's a bit tricky to put on but it provides him with security and comfort that he won't be overflowing or having to change his adult diapers constantly. The kit comes with 3 bags that can be cleaned. I would like to know how to order additional bags.

Worked better than I thought it would. Fitment seemed a little weird to start, but made sense in use. Materials seem decent, and everything was also easy to wash for the next use. Very convenient compared to a traditional catheter.
