Really great stuff!! Looking to freshen up, stop bundle eating, get a work out or start growing stamina for that jaw game, this is the stuff. I wasn’t expecting much but the day I got it was tough, I did the recommend 5 mins twice daily and now the gum is easier to chew but still gives me a work out. Do not over do it, you will be uncomfortable.

We got the gum in Feb'24 and would use it off and on but in excess of the instructed 5 minutes per piece. In hotter weather, this gum goes semi soft pretty fast but if it's kept in a cool to cold spot it will stay tough for longer. The flavor is there but not strong enough to notice after 10 minutes. Happy that the sweetener is not straight sugar. Overall, when stored in the right conditions, this gum works as advertised. I only noticed mild changes but I also was doing just this meanwhile my husband was also dieting and going to the gym in conjunction with this gum and his jaw line could cut diamonds 😍 so I think it's a decent value for the money.

It’s a hard piece of gum and they are pretty big (compared to normal gum). My friends didn’t like them but I love them. Personally I chew them all day and use the same piece for 3-4 days.

*UPDATED AT BOTTOM* Just go for two pieces at once. Package recommends starting with one but unless you have some pre existing dental issues, you’re gunna be fine. Their “month supply” claim is assuming you only do two pieces a day for their “recommendation”. This shouldn’t be used like normal gum, use it when you can focus on chewing it. I’ve found that it works best for me if you chew it as far back on your molars as possible and you gotta chew it OBNOXIOUSLY! Jaw gets a little sore but that’s what you’re going for anyway. First pack lasted a few weeks and just got the second. Is there a noticeable difference? Not that I can observe but it feels like my jaw muscles are getting stronger so there’s that 🤷🏿 you need to accept the fact that this isn’t going to magically make you good looking or fix all your problems. Count on doing that yourself dork 🌈 Update: I’ve ordered a couple times and I’ve noticed that the pack I just got has a VERY different consistency! This pack is much chewyer/harder to chew, which is great, but it means that there’s inconsistency in the product so be aware

Definitely one of the tougher gums I’ve tried, taste is not strong and in fact a bit faint but it does last a while. Two one these will put your jaw to work for sure.

I like this product. I like the ingredients. The taste is fine. It gives your jaw a better workout than regular gum. But, what the heck is with this price hike? I paid $14-$15 for this in the past and might have bought it again, but not for $19!!! I just bought 120 sticks of Extra for less than $9. Chewing 2 of those at the same time is similar to chewing 1 of these, which works out to half the price and 20 more servings. I won't buy this again unless they drop the price back to $14, which is still overpriced.

For this gum’s main purpose to be for jaw exercise (which it does well), it actually tastes great! Definitely hard to chew for more than the recommended 5 min

I was hesitant after reading a lot about some hard gums being all bitty in mouth and even worse getting stuck in some peoples teeth ! Iv used a great brand but it no longer did smaller packs and I was not willing to pay nearly £30 etc So I decided to take a gamble on these and I am over the moon ,same toughness in chewing and a nice minty flavour , lasts and works out way less money than my little packs previous . The only issue I have is I’d love more flavours available ! Great stuff , got my trust as a brand now .

Not any harder than other hard gum and lost taste quicker. Also more expensive. Waste of money
