I got the 110 pound two pack of these magnets (explanation of how these magnets get their weight limits below). Because I have an understanding of how these work weight wise, I truly didn't want something light dragging these down the fridge. GOOD LUCK getting these off of whatever you stick them to. 😂 I put the magnet on the fridge before I fully screwed the hook in, of course I had to turn it half of a turn, it was then upside down, and then it was a pain just trying to spin it right side up! Then I decided I wanted to see how well it stuck to the fridge prior to figuring out where I actually wanted it, and trying to get it back off the fridge was a ton of fun, let me tell you! 😂 I had to slide it across the fridge slowly so it wouldn't scratch! They are tiny but mighty! There made nice and look nice. They're easy to put together, extremely sturdy, and you can hang a ton of things on them! I chose to hang grocery bags on them as seen in the picture! I 10/10 recommend, and if you're getting these to hang something light like me, I'd suggest getting a lower weight option. HOW THESE MAGNETS GET THEIR WEIGHT LIMITS: When product claims are made for regular neodymium magnetic hook holding capacity, they are generally touting pull force weight, which means the amount of force it takes to pull the magnet directly off of a thick steel surface. These weight capacity claims are based on pull force testing on thicker steel. Which means the amount of force it takes to pull the magnet directly off of a thicker steel surface of 1/2" or more. This thickness of steel is seldom found in homes or garages. In addition, for a hook to function properly to hang an item, we will generally want it to hang perpendicular to the floor, at a right angle, not vertically from above. This is measured by shear force vs. pull force. Shear force is the amount of weight the hook can hold in a downward direction, towards the floor. For a regular neodymium magnetic hook to have the power to hold 20, or 60 lbs. of shear force, it would be very difficult for a user to place, move, or remove the hook from the steel surface by hand without damage to themselves or the surface.

If you need magnetic hooks that hold, look no further!! These hooks are truly heavy-duty, and the magnetic strength is fantastic. you'll have no doubt that whatever you hang will be secure. Be warned, though, that they are almost too strong! Moving or removing them can be a challenge because they grip so firmly. This is a minor inconvenience for the security they offer. All in all, a high-quality, powerful product, just be prepared for the strong grip. I used them to hold a wall calendar on the side of my refrigerator. They could, however, easily hold items that are much heavier than a wall calendar.

These are HEAVY duty. Never would have thought I needed 12 lb hook magnetic to hold onions up, but it works!

Almost perfect, the only annoyance is that the hooks all have a pretty sharp burr at tip of hook. It's a slight issue that can be remedied with sand paper or better yet a fine metal file (just keep magnets away from file). Doing this does rub off black finish and is a problem that vendor should remedy for sure. Metal cuts aren't awesome but if you are using these for a once and done project then you should be fine as is. These things are super versatile and beyond strong, see video and learn from my mistake, lol. I was able to greatly exceed the ~30 lb vertical capacity on all the heavy iron cabinets and racks I placed them on but your mileage will vary depending on iron content you are sticking too. That fun fact is likely the reason for lower star reviews. Super easy to assemble the hooks but easy to strip if you over tighten. If you are concerned about then moving then loctite is an easy remedy. Best magnetic value for money, and makes orgazation a breeze. I'm using then to organize shop clothes, holding tool belts and probably gonna keep finding uses for them.

Very strong magnets. I got them for cruising. I already had some, but these are much stronger. They come in a very nice package.

Took these on a European cruise. With many of the wall surfaces being metal they were easy to put up in the room. Convenient for hanging jackets, hats, purses, and helped with organization of our room.
